Warranty Terms & Conditions
GW International Pte Ltd prides itself in selling and providing quality instruments and services and all products are rigorously inspected by our team to make sure that they are in the best possible shape and working order before being put up for sale. Therefore, GW International Pte Ltd warrants its products to be free from manufacturers' defects in workmanship and materials, unless expressly stated and made known to the customer, and at is sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use in which includes free labour or parts covered during the warranty period unless otherwise stated.
The warranty will be deemed void if:
a) Required information in registering the warranty is invalid;
b) The serial number on the equipment has been modified, defaced or removed, unless the equipment does not already have one;
c) The equipment concerned was found to have been modified or tampered with, or repair services performed by anyone other than GW International Pte Ltd.
Do note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:
a) Free accessories
b) Strings
c) Gift cards
d) Custom ordered items
e) Earphones/ headphones
f) Tubes
g) Purchases made by mistake
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

c) Custom ordered items
d) Earphones/ headphones
For warranty service, customers are advised to send in their faulty equipment to GW International Pte Ltd for evaluation together with the original receipt or other proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Warranty is only valid for products purchased from GW International Pte Ltd.
The following forms of anomalies and/or misuse to the products will not be covered by this warranty: -
Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, hard knocks or damages caused by impact, exposure to water, liquid or extreme temperatures and humidity, not used in accordance with the instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer including damages and burns due to the use of third party accessories such as wrong power adaptor, damages caused by fire, flood, lightning and other acts of God and wear and tear.
GW International Pte Ltd reserves the right to void the warranty of a product at its own discretion.
GW International Pte Reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of its warranty policy at it's own discretion.
